The Project

Located at 128 The Esplanade Perth, BGC Centre is a 20 level building, including 3 levels of basement parking. Building located just 70 metres from a train station. Typical full floor size is 918.5 sqm. There is a conference facility with an up to 70 seat capacity on the ground floor which is available for in-situ tenant use only, male and female shower facilities in the basement and ground floor. Additional showers, lockers, drying room, (including dryers and washing machine) in the basement. Secure bicycle parking (extended 2013). Onsite building management office. Full lift upgrade and refurbishment with DCS installed in 2015, including the Ground floor plaza and lobby upgrade.

  • Circa 1000 BMS Points 

  • Open Systems BMS Front End 

  • Extensive monitoring and integration of electrical and Hydraulic services
