The Project

The $350 million complete centre transformation will nearly double the size of Mandurah Forum. It’s being reborn to become a contemporary retail, dining and shopping destination of what is now Western Australia’s second biggest city. 


It will be anchored by David Jones, Target, Kmart, Woolworths, Coles and Big W. It will feature five new mini-major stores and approximately 220 speciality retailers. The centre will expand in size to approximately 64,000 m², an addition of around 26,000 m², plus New multi-deck car park with Over 3,000 car parking bays, brand new David Jones & Target with Upgraded Coles and Kmart and existing Woolworths and Big W, 5 mini majors and approximately 220 retailers.

Our Contribution

The project consists of twenty-five (25) main switchboards (MSB’s) complete with an integrated metering system which includes; 

  • 25 metered mech. Sub-boards 

  • System verification metering 

  • Open systems BMS front end 

  • Fibre optic and CAT5 networks 

  • Internet connection for remote access 

  • Extensive monitoring and integration of electrical power analysers
